There is a special place in our hearts that Rebel created and it will never be filled except with his memories.  We hand raised Rebel from 24hrs old.  He was a Bullmastiff/Shepherd cross and had absolutely NO idea he was a dog.  To call him a dog would be to insult him.  He was our child.  He is the reason we got started with Mastiffs.

Rebel was in TV Commercials, print ads, parades, the Thurston County Fair Mascot, etc...
he was in a class all his own.

October 1989 - July 2004
Sass was our first dog as a family.  She was Rebel's buddy and an Aunt to all that followed here.  She was wonderful with children...she didn't mind if they walked her by an ear as long as they would throw the ball for her a few times.

Sass was also an International Weight Pull Champion.  Her top pull was 1840lbs.  She weighed in at 30lbs.  She loved to pull a cart, too!  She will be greatly missed.

May 1985 - February 2003
Bud was my dearest friend.  Bud was with me through High School and a number of moves.  He always put up with what ever I asked of him.  As far as the other dogs were concerned...he was the head honcho (or at least everyone let him think that!).

I will always miss you, Bud!

Thumper was a very sweet but not very bright cat.  She loved all dogs, even those she shouldn't.  If she wasn't sleeping on the back of the couch you could usually find her curled up with one of the Mastiffs.
What can I say about Bailey?  He was a typical Umbrella Cockatoo.  That says it all in a nutshell.  He was a very lovable brat.  He was a reasonably good talker for a Cockatoo and loved to practice whenever you did not want him to!  Another that will be greatly missed.
